TBLT SALAD!

Craving that nostalgic BLT, but don't want to wreck your diet with white bread and mayonnaise? This salad will not disappoint! Even Ellie wants to eat it! 

INGREDIENTS

4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1/2 tomato, cored and diced

1/2 avocado, diced

2 cups mixed greens

2-3 slices turkey bacon

DIRECTIONS

Top mixed greens with chicken, tomato, avocado and turkey bacon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, or add your favorite dressing. Be sure to pick a light vinaigrette!
