It's my sincere hope that by being open with my own struggles, I will inspire you to be open with yours. 

Because what I have found, time after time, is that WAY more people than you think struggle with mental health issues.

Every time I have been vulnerable and open about my struggles, I have been met with compassion and understanding from so many other people who were too afraid to talk about their own struggles. 

That's why The Wellness Lounge was created - to offer a safe place to discuss these issues and offer insight on how to heal.
